Que a pesar de haber realizado la reservación, al momento de llegar al hotel, no aparecía. Debo hacer varios trámites con los contactos. Además el parqueadero asignado al apto estaba ocupado por el vehículo del propietario y me debieron asignar otro. Si en la reserva decía que tenía derecho al apto, el parqueadero debe estar disponible y no mirar si te prestan otro
