    Excelente localização com preço ok.

    A localização é excelente, o apartamento tem um bom espaço, apesar de ser andar baixo (ficamos no apt.114) o barulho da rua não incomodava a noite ou início da manhã, o quarto tinha cortinas blackout e a roupa de cama era de algodão. Havia um varal disponível para secar as roupas de praia.

    O ar-condicionado do quarto funcionou de forma precária, mal gelou. Manutenção necessária. Os travesseiros eram muito baixos, parecia que eram velhos. A tv da sala poderia ser smart (fica de sugestão).
