    Location was very good. All attractions and Tram locations within easy walking distance. Apartment clean, warm and good size. Good communication from host. Easy access instructions. I was of the understanding we would have a separate living area when I booked ( 2nd apartment), however that might have been my mistake in booking also. Good size room, separate bathroom and kitchenette , well stocked and maintained.

    Some noise from doors and our apartment door rattled loudly everytime the outer doors opened and closed. Noise from street early in the morning. Windows appeared not double glazed. Screeching from gate outside , needs to be oiled. Pillows need replacing, well worn and flat. Only one bath towel per person for 4 days of showering, however host did supply more towels when we requested. A light needed over the vanity mirror in room.

    Great stay, good location

    Great location for Usher Hall (2min walk) & about 15/20mins from Edinburgh Centre. Quick check-in via key code & the luggage store was a handy bonus as it saves you taking cases/bags with you as you explore the city. The room felt comfortable & homely with everything you needed.

    Bathroom sink was too high for me (I’m only 5”1) so had to stand on tiptoes to brush teeth/wash face - few stains on carpet.
