    Perfect for our short stay.

    We loved the accommodation, it was clean, spacious and well equipped! perfect for our short stay visiting family in Stockton. The little welcome box was a nice touch.

    Disappointed as expected much higher standard.

    Area pleasant enough and quiet. Bedding and towels fresh and comfortable. Door key pad check in hood idea

    Generally sparsely equipped with minimal kitchen requirements ,nothing extra to make it welcoming. Big fist shaped hole in wall in entrance area, curtain rail hanging off and curtains not very clean. Floor didn't look freshly cleaned and various other bits not thoroughly cleaned eg fridge, grill pan, cutlery. No salt and Pepper in pots. Outdoor garden had various festoon lights but they didn't work. Place felt like it had the minimum it could have and been prepped with the minimal work to make it habitable.
