The location was excellent, with a metro station nearby and easy access to the city centre. The room and bathroom were clean, and there were plenty of shops in the surrounding area.

We had trouble opening the door for around 20 minutes because the app provided for access was glitchy and unreliable. There was no blanket in the apartment, which made sleeping at night uncomfortable. The walls also seemed very thin, as we could clearly hear the neighbours. Additionally, the host sent us a large number of messages throughout our stay, which felt excessive. We came to Madrid to relax and enjoy our holiday, so having to deal with frequent messages was the last thing we wanted.

    Blisko metro i sklepy.

Za 10 min spóźienia po godz 22 kara 10 euro. Przed drzwiami byliśmy za 4 min przed 22 godzina. Jak sie ma.być poza godziną zameldowania to trzeba uważać.

All mobiliary is new and comfortable. The host was really attentive and communication was good

The location was really convenient, with a small shopping centre right next to it.

The shower was not really clean, it wasn't superficially dirty, we bought some soft cleaning products and it wouldn't come off. Plates, and overall kitchenware wasn't really clean either.
