    Ich habe das Zimmer bezahlt, ohne es nutzen zu können.

    Schlechter Service - Ich benötigte ein Zimmer für wenige Stunden um auf meinen Anschlussflug zu warten - aber die Hotline war nicht bereit mir zu helfen, ich sollte eine E-Mail schreiben, die dann auch nach 4 Stunden nicht beantwortet wurde.
