I would definitely stay here again and found the management of the property amazingly helpful with prompt communication.
We loved the provisions: washing up liquid, laundry detergent, bin bags, milk in fridge, teabags and shampoo/conditioner. Beds were comfortable and location was lovely and quiet.
The bathroom could do with being updated. When we moved the sofa bed on our arrival day, there were false nails and other dirt underneath that we had to hoover up.

Great location. Well set-up with great communal spaces. Two good sized double bedrooms.
Issues with shower drains and some flooding. Older building so slightly dustier.

I'd certainly come back, great value and good location.
It had 2 bedrooms and fully self contained.
Probably bathroom could be nicer, walk in shower etc would be good but the bath would be handy for kids. Shower window was obscure but it felt a little weird for wife and kids to shower at night.

I did not like staying in a property so unclean. I would not stay here again.
The property was bigger than I thought it would be. The location was excellent.
The cleanliness of the property was not good at all. The fridge was clean but not completely clean, there was mould around the window sills, the skirting boards were filthy, the doors were also dirty and needed a paint, the throws were smelly, the bathroom needs a complete refurb. The bath was stained and was also high, it was difficult to climb in and out. Hot water to shower is intermittent, after a couple of minutes it runs cold. The owner arranged for it to be looked at but the problem continued. I found a mouldy tea towel in the washing machine, the property smelt of damp, one of the mattress protectors was stained and the quilts did not have covers on, they were placed between 2 sheets. One of the quilts was also stained. A bedside lamp did not have a bulb in, The property is in a block of flats and it was extremely noisy from very early in the mornings. In my opinion the property needs a deep clean and it needs to be painted throughout, with a new fitted bathroom.
