    Convenience is the key

    Very convenient for our purpose (a funeral nearby) The room is nicely decorated, easy walk to New Farm Park, shops and Powerhouse

    To much light coming from the hallway Bed was not comfortable, it’s expensive for what it is

    Comfortable and friendly BnB with all the benefits of a hotel.

    Located in a lovely part of the city. Only a short walk to local shops and restaurants and to the park and riverside paths. Excellent quality of bed linen and towels. Comfortable facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this heritage accommodation

    Location, ambience. Breakfast / common area was delightful.

    Tiny bathroom and only 1 chair in bedroom. 2 sitting chairs would be better as mostly 2 people staying. The bathroom size was fine for us but would have caused an issue for elderly or larger people

    My overnight stay.

    I loved my beautiful, comfortable well appointed room and the general atmosphere of Edward Lodge The manager and staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Breakfast was great.

    My great regret was having to leave this wonderful little sanctuary away from home.
