Un séjour merveilleux et beaucoup d'attentions à notre égard
L'accueil de Benjamin était formidable. Mon anglais étant un peu rouillé, il a naturellement parlé en Français avec mon époux et moi-même. Il a été très prévenant. L'hôtel est idéalement placé, la chambre est très propre, confortable (literie parfaite) et très bien équipée. De petites attentions vous y attendent et c'est très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner que l'on peut prendre en chambre ou à la dining-room (notre choix) est varié et délicieux. L'ensemble du personnel est à vos petits soins et c'est vraiment très agréable. On nous a réservé un taxi à la dernière minute et il est arrivé très rapidement, nous étions à l'heure à notre rendez-vous. Toutes ces attentions sont un plus que nous avons infiniment apprécié. Un grand merci à Benjamin et toute l'équipe qui sont très gentils et ont pris grand soin de nous.

Excellent quality, really friendly and helpful staff with a perfect location in Kensington.
Really friendly and efficient staff, especially Azeez. Lovely room and bathroom. Helpful extra was a free pass to the V&A, just across the road. Breakfast was excellent with impeccable service (Mark). Altogether a perfect stay and will definitely use for another visit to London in future.

Kindness and gorgeousness in Knightsbridge
We were stranded due to the Heathrow glitch. We booked this hotel to spend the night in London, as our alternative plan for our Honeymoon. After 12h of traveling, we arrived and they told us there was a system error and our room didn’t exist. However, they managed to relocate us in one of the properties of the group that was very pretty, comfortable and same category, they knew it was a honeymoon trip and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Also LOVED that it was in Mayfair. We couldn’t thank Angel (the concierge) enough for everything she did for us; despite not being able to stay, she tried to help us with everything and made our day so much easier. She truly is a star! Also the guy that received us and help with our luggage, was lovely. The property is GORGEOUS, with that old school British charm we love.
Sad we couldn’t stay, but we want to return due to Angel’s hospitality and kindness.
