  RENTERS BEWARE!

  Ants all over the floors,cabinets,counters. Manager sent someone to spray, that didn’t help at all. She said that he will come to spray again and if I can leave the key so he can enter. I had left so I told her I will message her when I come back so he can come. I messaged and got no response. When I messaged that no one ever came out, she said that he came when I was not there which isn't true. How did he get in without a key? The plumbing was clogged in the main floor shower. The water backed up from the floor drain and flooded the bathroom. I used all the bath towels to clean up the mess. Tried to wash the towels but washing machine was complicated to use. Talked to the manager about the flooding and the washing machine and she didn’t know how to use it and said someone will come in the morning. No one came. There was mold in the upstairs shower, the bathroom sink drain leaks water under the cabinet and on the floor. The bathroom smells like mold. We kept the door closed with a rolled-up beach towel at the bottom of the door to keep the mold odor from coming into the bedroom. We were not able to use the flooding shower or the upstairs moldy shower, so we were all forced to share one shower. Wifi only worked the first day. The manager ignored my texts regarding this. She said she didn’t “see” my messages about the wifi. Pool and backyard stair lights don’t work so you cannot sit by the pool or swim at night. The manager said there is an issue with the lights and the owner refuses to fix them. Met the people staying at the identical villa next door and they had constant power outages and issues with the Wifi and pool lights. What a coincidence! I messaged the manager that she has to relate everything to the owner, that they need to make the necessary repairs for future renters and do the right thing for the inconvenience and stress we endured during our stay.I messaged her on August 18 for an update and she ignored my text.

  Lovely location and pool, Lovely to be so close to a beach. Cleaner came in half way through stay.

  For the money we paid i would have expected the villa to be perfect unfortunately there were a few things that weren't great, little things like only 3 cups for a house that sleeps 8,, plug socket hanging off in kitchen, under counter lights not working in kitchen, shower in master bedroom held together with tape, there were ants all over the kitchen. Lamp broken in living room etc. I also sent a few messages asking for someone to come and sort the TV out as it wasn't connected to the Internet and we didn't know how to do it, I didn't get a response at first then I got one saying someone had been asked to come out but didn't hear again for a couple of days, then someone got back to me and asked if we were in for them to pop round which we weren't but I said we would be back in an hour, I heard nothing about it again and no one ever came out.

  חוויה מאכזבת מאוד, הגענו בציפיה גדולה לבלות 2 משפחות וזה לא קרה.

  הוילה יפה מבחוץ בלבד, פנים הבית מאוד ישן ולא מתוחזק. הכי גרוע שלא היה מזגן בחדרים של המרתף מטה, זה דבר שבעל הוילה ידע ולא עדכן אותנו והחליט בשבילנו שאפשר לישון ללא מזגן! זה היה בלתי נסבל וחלק מהילדים ישנו בסלון בגלל זה. הגענו 2 משפחות עם ילדים כ 9 אנשים ושום דבר שם לא נתן מענה, אם זה כוסות לשתיה שהיה 3, שקיות זבל, מגבות שלא הספיקו, למרות שהפעלנו מכונה, נתקענו ללא מגבות נקיות. לא היה לנו אפשרות לנקות שהמטבח התלכלך היה חסר מגב לשטיפה וסמרטוט רצפה. גם שפניתי לבעל הבית הוא לא עשה מאמץ לסייע.

  אינטרנט לא עבד רוב הזמן, בבריכה ובגינה בכלל לא היה לנו קליטה. אין מספיק תאורה שמגיעים בערב לוילה מאוד חשוך, גם מנורות רבות שהיו שרופות בבית ומחוץ לו.
