    We enjoyed staying at this hotel as its location was useful for walking and hopping on and off the vaporettos. Staff wer

    Comfortable bed and quiet room above the small side canal. Location near Rialto Bridge, Rialto vaporetto stops, walking distance to San Marco Square /Basilica/ Doge’s Palace. Friendly staff and plenty to eat at breakfast

    The elevator for our room was only available for 1 floor, since our room was on a mezzanine level away from the elevator shaft. We had to carry bags one set of stairs before and after the elevator ride. Helped but annoying.

    Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, convenient location

    The location is perfect for first time in Venice. Water taxis stop in front of hotel and main tourist sites like San Marco square and Rialto Bridge are very near. The room decor was very nice. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

    Very crowded, even in October. But as I mentioned, it’s in the heart of tourist area.
