    de ligging in het dorp en de zon in de tuin

    het ontbreken van lakens en overtrekken. Had ik in de advertentie van booking nergens gezien. Was ik keurig over geinformeerd met een berichtje. Verstandiger is dat op te nemen in de advertentie zoals hij op de booking site staat

    Ferienhaus in Eisenschmitt

    Ansprechende und für das Haus stimmige Einrichtung. Umfangreicher Hausrat vorhanden. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer sorgt für angenehme Wärme und Gemütlichkeit. Gute Lage der Unterkunft, mit schönem Garten und Ortsblick. Umfangreiche Informationen seitens des Vermieters zum Ferienhaus und zur Anreise.

    bis auf den frostigen anfang ein paar schöne ,ruhige tage zum ausspannen und netter umgebung .

    wohung gemütlich und ruhig,alles wichtige vor ort,sauber

    wir waren jetzt anfang märz da mit abendlichen temperaturen unter 0 grad.die wohnung wird wohl länger leergestanden haben und war bei unserem abendlichen eintreffen schweinekalt. auf dem klodeckel konnte man festfrieren. da es sich im ganzen haus um elektroheizung handelt, benötigt die eine längere vorlaufzeit bis eine ausreichende wärme erreicht wird.ein vorheizen von 1 bis 2Tagen ist im Winter dringend erforderlich!!! gehbehindert sollte man auch nicht sein,da sich die wohnung über 2 etagen erstreckt und die treppen nicht ohne sind.(Toilette erdgeschoss,schalfzimmer 2 etage)
