    Для пятизвёздочного отеля - это просто ужасно

    Единственная милая администратор которая помогла заселиться, остальные были как надсмотрщики в исправительном учреждении. Милейшая девочка официантка на завтраке просто скрасила наши мученическое времяпровождение.

    В бассейне невероятное количество химикатов. Многие заявленные услуги отсутствовали. Полностью уничтоженный бильярд. Ужасный ковёр в номере. Ужасное мясо в ресторане, просто подошва от ботинка. Картофельное пюре принесли после десерта. Свет в фойе включали только по просьбе. Полуразобранный вход в отель.

    My simple honest review- with all honesty and respect

    The lady at breakfast is the only staff welcoming and smiling; I do not remember her name.

    Unfortunately, the staff did not make me feel particularly welcome. The service lacked warmth and professionalism, and I believe hospitality is just as important as the room itself. There is room for improvement in the way guests are welcomed and treated.
