    Tolle Lage, guter Preis für diese Größe

    Wohnung war groß genug für 5 Erwachsene + Baby. Lageplan in der Beschreibung kann sich jeder selbst ansehen. Genauso sah die Wohnung aus. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Backofen Steckdosen (auch USB) am Nachttisch Lage, Lage, Lage: Ruhig gelegen, geradezu im Grünen 3 min zum Bahnhof, 5 min zum Aldi, 10 min zum Marktplatz, leider auch 5 min zum zusätzlich gebuchten zweiten Parkplatz Vermieterin war ständig per WhatsApp erreichbar, Probleme wurden schnell gelöst.

    Altbau mit knarrenden Dielen (hat mich nicht wirklich gestört, ist aber vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache). Ein einziger Schlüsselsatz ist für so viele Personen arg wenig. Man kann zwar den Schlüsselsafe im Briefkasten nutzen, trotzdem bleibt immer die Sorge, sich doch mal auszusperren, wenn die Koordination mal nicht funktioniert.

    Ein gelungenes Wochenende

    Sehr zentrale Lage . Größe war super und auch alles vor Ort. Vermieter hat bei Fragen auch gleich reagiert und alles konnte geklärt werden. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir uns für Coburg entscheiden. Danke
