  Locatie linistita perfecta pentru Familii numeroase

  Casa impresionantă Te puteai retrage oriunde sa stai linistit. Locusoare de baut cafeaua, peste tot. Foarte bine gandita. Am ramas impresionati. La finalul sejurului am primit si un suvenir de la gazda🌺

  Prizele din dormitorul mare erau iesite, nu aveam lumina in camera in afara de veioze

  The house is beautiful and well equipped, the host was very nice and helpful, the children had a good time in the lovely pool. It was very hot during our stay and we could only use three of the rooms upstairs which had AC. So maybe that would be a minus. It is very close within 7 minutes walk to a local beach, a very nice one otherwise but we prefered to drive to Psakoudia or Nikiti with more beautiful beaches. Also a minus would be the lack of showers in the rooms. There's one bathroom in one of the rooms upstairs and the other two bathrooms cannot be used for showering. In exchange, there's a hot shower outside which was very welcome. The house is located near the main road leading to Sithonia so it can be very noisy at times, especially at night. All in all, for us it was a nice experience, we were a large group of 10 so the accommodation was a bit difficult , 3 of the rooms could not be used because it was too hot but we really had a great time and enjoyed all the other facilities.

  Exceptional

  The house is perfect for big family's, it's a nice house with a big garden perfect for little children and has plenty of parking places. The pool is excellent it gradually deepens from 0,90m to 2,5 tm and it's excellent for both children and adults. It is a quite and nice beach with sand not even 10 minutes walking distance.

  We would come back to Eirini's ART HOUSE again.

  A huge house equipped with everything you need for a very good holiday with children or friends. The host was extremely polite and hospitable. The pool is very good. There are rest areas around the whole house. In the village itself there are several very good classic Greek restaurants with very tasty food. There are large supermarkets about 5 minutes away by car. The beach is close, but we preferred the bigger and nicer beaches that are 20-25 minutes away by car.

  The two air conditioners on the second floor don't seem to be enough to cool all the rooms. It might be good to think about some temporary solution to use for the very hot summer days, like the air conditioners on the first floor.
