    We had a great homely stay away from home! Property is managed by a professional agency, who communicated effectively and promptly. They were more than happy to receive our luggage forwarded to them earlier than our arrival / check-in date and also helped us out on the checkout day by holding it up for us until we were ready to fly out. This gave us extra flexibility to explore Osaka even on our last day. Property has modern industrial chic interior design and is good for a small family. It is ground+1 mezzanine level apartment with both bedrooms on lvl 1 and an internal staircase, which could be an issue for elderly or mobility needs person. Very basic cooking facilities which we didnt need to use as we were on the doorstep on Osaka' food bowl - Kurumon market, Dotonbori, etc... Had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable central location stay in Osaka - 3 mins from Nipponbashi station, which is next station to Namba.

    Shower - it is a deep tub, hard to step-in and out. Should be replaced with a walk-in shower. Size of the tub is too small to be used as a tub anyways.

    Easy access and comfortable stay.

    The rooms are big in Japanese standard. The beds are so comfortable and the communication is beyond excellent. It is very convenient location to the train, the stores and the shopping.

    The accommodation was spacious. The separate rooms upstairs were great.

    The noisey neighbour above this apartment. We were woken every time they decided to get up in the night. The noise started at 10-11pm, 1-1:20am, 3-4am. This went on for 4 nights. It ruined our experience in Osaka because we were so tired.
