a pesar de todo positiva y alegre
la ubicación
deficiencias en cocina (no funciona microondas, escurreplatos roñoso, falta de algún utensilio...) y una especie de detector de humos o de movimiento que saltaba en plena noche sin tener por qué...También deberían advertir que es una vivienda que da a un patio interior.

Lo mejor del apartamento es que está muy bien ubicado en el casco antiguo de Cádiz cerca del teatro Falla. El tener parking para un coche no muy grande es un plus porque es imposible aparcar en esa zona. El piso tiene de todo, con menaje en la cocina y el detalle de las cápsulas de café, aceite o azucarillos. Además tiene una terracita que aunque da a una zona interior entre distintos edificios, es agradable.
Por poner una pega los colchones son un poquito antiguos pero sin más.
