Tesis genel itibariyle temiz konumu çok iyi çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Sergi ye selamlar.
Tesis teraslı odayı sagrada familia manzaralı gösteriyor ancak verieln oda tam tersi cephede. Ayrıca minibarı ve odadaki içecekleri yenilemediler.

Stuff amazing, facilities Furniture Lift horrible
Stuff were amazing, so kind and helpful and they answered with smile and they were so nice with my little 4 years old kid.
We were in suit and their furniture were really ugly and old. It was the worst furniture i have ever seen in whole my life, really ugly and horrible, even i told them in an email before arrive to dont send me in that ugly room but they still gave me that ugly old furniture room. I also saw in picture it is a bathtub in our room caz i needed that for my kid to put him there to play a bit so i can rest but it was a shower and their pool had soooooo cold water, they could use warm water but we couldnt use it at all and my little kid caught cold caz he wanted to go to pool. And one reason i choosed this hotel were pool.

Smells like toilet in the bathroom always, when ewe asked for help, we needed to go to reception
