The location
There was a lot noises- one of them made the place vibrate. The Air conditioner was only and the living room and a room but the second bedroom was hot

Buena estancia y excelente atención, con algunos aspectos a mejorar
Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la ubicación, ya que permite desplazarse andando a los principales lugares de interés de Córdoba, sin necesidad de utilizar el coche. También destacaría especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, que ha sido maravillosa, muy amable y siempre disponible para resolver cualquier duda o ayudarnos rápidamente
Lo que menos nos ha gustado ha sido que hay algunos aspectos que creemos que podrían mejorarse. La habitación pequeña no dispone de aire acondicionado y, aunque hay ventilador, se notaba bastante el calor y entraba mucha claridad al no funcionar correctamente la persiana. También encontramos algunos detalles de mantenimiento, como la lavadora, que no pudimos utilizar, y el mobiliario de la terraza, que está algo más deteriorado de lo que parece en las fotos. Además, viajando con un niño pequeño, los numerosos escalones y la distancia hasta el aparcamiento hacen que los desplazamientos sean algo más incómodos. Por último, creemos que sería importante revisar algunos elementos por seguridad, como la puerta apoyada detrás de la escalera y el botellín con colillas que encontramos en la terraza.

Panoramic views and beautiful lounge, but more thought, communication and repairs required.
Lounge was beautiful and spacious. Roof terrace was good and views spectacular. Bedrooms good and beds very comfortable.
Wrong code given for key safe. Hard to contact owner. Swarm of ants appeared in ensuite, mopped up but came back, some flying ants. Rotten window in ensuite. Window locks broken. Roof furniture and cushions falling apart and shower curtain in main bathroom fell down. No hot water and no instructions for boiler. Unable to get out of building when left keys inside as instructed, so couldn't unlock gate. Overall lack of communication - needs to be instructions in apartment to operate boiler, exit apartment at end of stay or where the buzzer is to unlock gate and door to get out without the key.
