The house is large and in winter it can be cold. We will gladly light the wood stoves, which requires strict notification and compliance with the arrival time. Please be advised that payment transactions are carried out exclusively via bank transfer between the guest and the property. Neither Booking.com nor the property will make any charge to your card (this applies even if you entered your banking or card details when making the reservation).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
