Close to amenities, clean, good food, friendly staff

It is close to amenities and the facility is clean. The breakfast buffet is great. There are many options to choose from. Staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the guards and the receptiinist on our arrival. She was able to accommodate our check-in earlier than usual. Though, this is only applicable when bed is available. She was able to resolve it for us. That is much appreciated.

We can hear noise from other rooms. The designof tge buildding lacks sound-proofing.

We love the buffet breakfast, and the location is near SM saves us money from commuting.

Lack of room amenities like kettle, mini fridge. If you ask to reheat the food...they will ask you for 100 per use.
