Die Lage ist sehr gut mit einer guten Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Geräumige Zimmer
Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind teilrenoviert (Böden / Betten), aber die Dusche scheint im Originalzustand zu sein. Die Temperaturregelung hat nur sehr bedingt funktioniert.

Room size and location
Very dated need some refurbishment . Staff I. Reception not very friendly . Room too dark. Too expensive for what they offer. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY!

Cubrió con mis expectativas y lo que necesitaba para un viaje de negocios
Bien ubicado si vas a la zona de la colonia Nápoles, en fin La ubicación es excelente sobre avenida de los Insurgentes, a la altura de la colonia Nochebuena, un costado del parque hundido....
El hotel está bien está remodelado, si te tocan las habitaciones de la zona remodelada súper bien pero si te tocan las habitaciones del hotel Viejo es un hotel de más de 70 años que tiene un olor muy penetrante desagradable y pues está viejo... pero me parece que la atención del personal en general podría mejorar tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante, especialmente en el restaurante. La Atencion es muy descuidada, y aunque he visto opiniones de qué la comida es buena a mí me parece que apenas es suficiente tomando consideración que hay muchos lugares donde comer alrededor. Realmente no vale la pena gastar en Hotel
