    MISERABLE

    This was the worst booking that I’ve ever experienced - we paid for a trip to relax and there was construction happening all day long on the other side of the wall in our building… it started at 7am everyday and made it horrible to spend any time in the space. We ended up have to move to different hotel and pay double because the noise was unbearable - I’ve tried to get some of my money back and they keep saying they’ll “look into it” As a destination wedding planner, I travel all the time and I am appalled by this experience and complete lack of communication after this trip. So disappointed. The construction ruined our vacation.

    The loud banging and construction all day starting at 7am everyday- it was a miserable experience.

    Un changement de condo a été nécessaire

    La piscine, la proximité de la plage

    Condo désuet vieillot qui nécessite des rénovations Il y avait des rénovations dans le condo inférieur et on a pas été avisé. Il y avait des coup de marteau, des coup de masse pour briser le ciment et des bruits de scie de 9@5 tous les jours. Après deux nuits nous avons demandé un remboursement et on a dû se trouver autre chose avec une famille de 6 ….. Nous avons vécu beaucoup de stress et perte de jouissance de nos vacances pendant les deux premières journées sans compter les couts supplémentaires pour avoir une autre villa pour 6 .
