    La habitación es amplia.

    Sin totalizar, pero la mayoría del personal es descortés, algunos hasta muestran desprecio, o en el mejor de los casos te ignoran. De verdad que fue una experiencia terrible. Las instalaciones viejas y descuidadas. La comida es malísima. Algunos muebles de la habitación están rotos y parchados. El room service es una pesadilla. Nunca había sentido ganas de irme de un hotel, desde el primer dia. No vale lo que cuesta. En ocasiones escichabamos como los demás huéspedes también se quejaban y se arrepentirán de haber elegido ese hotel. Es una estafa, no vale lo que cuesta.

    You can’t go wrong with this resort. If seaweed bothers you come after the seaweed season

    Beautiful grounds, the staff are amazingly friendly this is our 4th visit and it’s why we come back. The tequila bar is really good for drinks just ask for the flower pot drink (see photo) delicious

    Seaweed is an issue all over this this time of year but they do need to invest in some barriers to protect the beach as we have seen on other resorts. They do have staff out daily working hard to clear but prevention would be better

    The facility was nice, food was ok, most of the staff was amazing, front desk was rude, and entertainment was ok as well

    Love the small inclusiveness to where you could walk everywhere.

    Communication was tough. We had an issue with our room on night two and it took over 24 hours to come to a resolution because the staff overturned so frequently we repeated the process 4 times trying to get hot water. And they did not honor the room credit offered by booking.com
