    Ubicación perfecta y estancia muy agradable

    Excelente apartamento para disfrutar de unos días junto al mar. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos minutos caminando de la playa del Sardinero y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y era muy cómodo. Javier fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos para unas vacaciones relajantes.

    The apartment was really nice and clean, it's in the 4th floor, accessible with the lift. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The rooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable. At night you can see the lighthouse in distance with the lights. Their is a small balcony on the shady side of the building. The building is quiet, both during the day and night, the neighbours are nice and friendly. There is a pool in the urbanization, which one can use, but there are certain rules to follow. There is a bus station 3 minutes away on the same street, large supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. The Sardinero Beach is about 10 minutes walk away. It is downhill, but there are escalators to get back up easily. The host was friendly and gave us all the information. There was not enough towels for a weeks stay (only one set) and he delivered the second set the same day. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

    Excellent apartment with a cozy balcony in a very quiet location.

    The silence and quality of the mattresses are excellent. I slept like a badger.

    The smoke detector above the stove was triggered by cooking.
