Stay away!
Beachfront location. Spacious accommodation. Elevator directly into the apartment.
The air conditioner was broken throughout our entire stay. There was a technician working on it when we arrived and he brought his crew the next day to work on it some more, but to no avail. So the apartment a/c was inoperable for our entire 7 night stay. There is a separate unit in the smallest bedroom where the boys slept which worked and there was also a small mobile unit which wasn't able to bring much relief. So how did EaW Homes react? Empty words but no solutions. Do you think they offer extra fans or additional mobile units? After all, it was 5 of us and we needed the whole space. Nope, nothing. You can also forget about them giving you a discount or anything. At some point of time they said they escalated my concern. Afterwards they didn't respond at all. I even went by their "office" which is run out of an apartment but wasn't able to reach anyone.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Luxus Apartment mit sensationellem Blick auf Hafen und Wasser. kleines Manko: das zweite Doppel Schlafzimmer ist nicht mit neuen Fenstern ausgestattet, deswegen nachts ein wenig laut. Der Master Bedroom ist, durch neue doppelverglaste Fenster, sehr viel leiser. Ansonsten aber alles toll.
