    Overall, the stay was wonderful for me and my family, and I would certainly love to spend my vacation in El Gouna again

    The location is fantastic and ideal, overlooking the marina, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility and the view of yachts in their berths and also close to the sea and downtown—no more than six minutes away.

    Some of the appliances require maintenance, but the staff were wonderful and cooperative in addressing all comments and complaints. I would like to extend special thanks to Mrs.Sarah from the management team and Mahmoud from the unit handover team; both were incredibly professional and welcoming, never once showing impatience or fatigue regarding any of my remarks.

    Clean and efficient service.

    Waleed was super helpful in checking me in and getting me settled when I first got there. The place had a great view and very clean.

    Extremely good price for value. The staff (Mahmoud for example) was nice.

    Sometimes the communication in English was problematic but when there were misunderstandings, Miss Sarah helped to clear things up.

    There is one cafe or disco, or I don't know from the other side of the marina are playing a loud music every day over all night
