Location and value.
The toilet didn’t refill to flush. The fridge had a water leak. The shower didn’t have any protection from spraying water all over. The kitchen sink and the cabinet above it were the dumbest design I’ve ever encountered. You can’t not bump your head. And if you’re taller than 5’11(182) you have to duck just to walk almost every where inside. No railing on the steps coming down in one of the two bedrooms.
