El sofá cama deberían cambiarlo. Pondría una escoba tipo dyson para limpiar ya que sería más fácil Cuando llegamos el timbre dijimos que no funcionaba y no vinieron a arreglarlo, la sombrilla la cambiaron unos días antes de irnos porque mi marido volvió a llamar. Podrían dejar unas sábanas para el sofá cama, ya que una noche se quedó mi hermano y no encontramos sábanas por ningún sitio

El check in es muy tarde. Debería ser al mediodía y no por la tarde, te obliga a pagar un suplemento. Y ya el precio está subido.

Lovely spacious apartment very close to the Mar Menor in a quiet residential area. Within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen and a spacious outdoor space overlooking the pool. Good clear telephone assistance was provided on arrival as we had a problem with one of the locks. The problem was solved.
The key to the apartment block didn't turn easily. OK though once you learn the technique.

Excellent apartment and we had a great time
The apartment is big with lots of outside space too. It's located on the ground level, right next to the swimming pool which we really enjoyed. During the week the complex is very very quiet and you more or less have the whole place and pool to yourself. On a weekend it did get busier but not overwhelming at all. Resort Hosts were always available via whatsapp when I needed them and happy to help with any issue.
Maybe I'm old fashioned but I really do like a meet and greet where somebody hands me the keys and is there for an initial inspection so that we can agree on existing issues/damage. Access to the apartment was remote, via an app that I had to download to my phone (Nuki) This app would not work for me - I don't know whether that was my fault though tbh has I'm not good with latest technology. On arrival I had to ring Resort Hosts to get access to the apartment. They answered straight away and let me in remotely. Once inside there was a set of keys so we could get in/out of the apartment and complex in the conventional way.
