  Très déçue pour nous l hôtel ne mérite même pas un 3 étoiles

  Le personnel très gentil

  Tous le reste : alimentation médiocre propreté inexistante emplacement trop éloignée ,confort Et animation presque absent .

  Magnifique séjour

  L’emplacement est correct, à environ 20 minutes en voiture de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Le personnel de l’accueil est au top ! J’ai malheureusement oublié le nom de l’hôtesse, désolée si tu passes par là 🙏🏼 De manière générale, tout le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, que ce soit les serveurs, le manager du restaurant ou encore les animateurs. Le palace est très familial et parfaitement adapté aux enfants (kids friendly). J’y ai séjourné avec mes parents et mes frères, et chacun a pu y trouver son bonheur ! Enfin, une salle de sport bien équipée est à disposition pour les plus sportifs 💪🏼

  Für vier Tage in Ordnung, aber keine 5 Sterne

  Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade für eine Junior Suite bekommen, diese war sehr groß. Die Anlage ist sauber und schön angelegt, die Pools gepflegt.

  Das Hotel liegt an einer Schnellstraße, es sind keine Läden in der umliegenden Nähe und wenn gibt es keinen Bürgersteig. Es ist ständig laut, teilweise Musik von mehreren Bereichen unterschiedlich und die Zimmer unglaublich hellhörig. Wenn auch Junior Suite - die Balkonmöbel waren eine Zumutung, dreckig und abgerockt, der Teppich fleckig etc. Das Essen ist einseitig, es wiederholte sich selbst bei vier Tagen ständig. Es gibt keinen kleinen Laden mal für Chips oder Snacks, denn die Snackbar hat trotz des Namens keine.

  Never a 5* hotel.

  The rooms were comfy, the bar staff were great, and the entertainment team were superb at bringing and keeping the energy up in the nights we saw it.

  Considering this is classed as a 5* hotel it really is nothing of the sorts. Perhaps when it opened yes, but certainly not now - 2*, maybe 3* at very best. The food was OK but very much repetitive across the three days. The reception staff were less than helpful on multiple occasions - requested an iron which after 24hr hadn’t arrived only to then wait at reception while someone brought one (no ironing board though and was told to iron on the floor…). Also, the night management will not give guests a bottle of water once the bar closes - again, claiming to be a 5* all-inclusive but cannot provide guests with a simple bottle of water instead, wanting to charge €4…
