Aesthetically lovely, needs better management and communication
Great emphasis on the aesthetics, which were effectively lovely. Bed was firm but I slept well, location is silent, flat is very clean. Charming for a couple who want a romantic getaway.
The flat is lovely aesthetically but has some practical problems which should be addressed : shower overflows and floods the floor, lack of mosquito netting on the windows (necessary), odor filter needed in the plumbing, fridge is very weak and barely works. The stairs to the flat are high and very steep and access to the building requires climbing over a ledge of 50cms : not suited to anyone with mobility issues. The street was under major roadwork - it would have been nice to know this beforehand. Verify that there are no local festivities when you book or you will never find parking…

Beautiful old building
Unfortunately there were road works outside and it would have been nice to know about parking. Not recommended for big cars. Park at the bottom and walk up.

Apartamento bonito, limpio y con buena ubicación.
El apartamento El Palomar tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: cafetera, tostadora, plancha, secador, toallas, sábanas y una cocina bien equipada. Estaba todo muy limpio y con una ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro. La cama es muy cómoda, el baño cuenta con plato de ducha, el wifi funciona muy rápido y el aire acondicionado en el dormitorio se agradece mucho. La bañera una pasada. El patio o acceso tienen una mesa y sillas, es un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse, y la terraza ofrece unas vistas preciosas de todo Arcos. La decoración está cuidada hasta el último detalle y el acceso con cajetín permite llegar a cualquier hora sin problemas. Te sientes como si viajaras al pasado. Sin duda, volveré. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El palomar es un sitio pequeño para descansar y desconectar. Un sitio acogedor y romantico. En una ubicación perfecta, en lo alto del pueblo, donde en un futuro, si se adecua una azotea acogedora sería espectacular.
Es un sitio encantador pero de muchas cuestas, poco accesible en coche y nada de aparcamiento.
