  I have been deeply disappointed with this flat. When booking it I had doubts because I saw some bad reviews from the past talking about broken chairs, uncomfortable furnitures but I honestly thought "come on, they must have fixed that by now..". But I was wrong. All the chairs were broken. The sofa uncomfortable and very old. The bedroom small and also uncomfortable. It was a very cheap apartment, with the difference that it wasn't that cheap. So value for price is zero in my opinion. The location is pretty good, but you want to watch out because it's on top of 3/4 bars which are open till late at night, meaning the noise is guaranteed. Also the neighbors were pretty loud too, so we definitely didn't have a good rest. Check in at 4pm (with the indication to get the keys received at 3.50pm) and check out at 10am also pushes the limit a bit far..I have been in much better places with much better times options. All in all, a big disappointment. -------> I am adding this right after I left my review yesterday night. I woke up this morning with a notification that they took 50 euro from my card because the "towels were dirty". This happened 9 days after I left the apartment and BY COINCIDENCE right after I left the negative review. (They ask you to register your card to do the check in, and yes I was stupid enough to leave my details even if this is forbidden on booking). THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS.

  Nett eingerichtete Wohnung, zentral gelegen.

  2 von 4 Stühlen waren nicht brauchbar, manche Induktionstöpfe gingen nicht. In Kombination mit einer extra Kaution, die nochmal 2 Euro eigene Gebühr gekostet hat, war das nicht sehr angenehm. Das extra Kautionsportal Swikly war auf den Seiten von Booking nicht erwähnt, dort wurde nur die Kaution (Belastung der Kreditkarte) genannt. Das Handling bzgl. Aufenthaltsorganisation (Beschreibungs-PDF, Check-in-Portal, Kautions-Portal) war insgesamt sehr aufwendig und meine Daten so zu streuen hat mir auch nicht gefallen.

  Great location, generally cozy.

  All the chairs are broken, and the sofa is in poor condition. The kitchen is adequately equipped, but most of the pots cannot be used because they are not suitable for the induction cooktop.

  Cómodo y tranquilo

  Estaba en muy cerca del centro, estaba limpio y el apartamento es tal cual en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar días allí

  Es un tercero sin ascensor y algunos escalones son un poco irregulares, se escucha el ruido de los vecinos. Pero son vecinos tranquilos
