Posizione ottima. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile . Rapido nelle risposte per cercare di risolvere eventuali problemi. L unica cosa che cambierei è di mettere più pentole in cucina come dotazione. Per il resto tutto fantastico..

Great location and a very convenient self check-in and check-out process — there was no need to wait for the host to collect or return the keys. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a nice extra touch: a beach umbrella. The ventilation and air-conditioning systems were also a great feature and made the stay more comfortable. It was reasonably clean overall.
A couple of minor downsides: the downstairs neighbour smokes in the stairwell. I understand this is outside the host’s control, but the smell could sometimes be noticeable. Also, the sofa in the living room had some stains and would benefit from professional cleaning. The plastic tablecloth on the dining table was not very practical or comfortable to use.
