    beautiful hotel

    Excellent staff and perfect location. Well decorated, large rooms, and valet parking.

    The room floors were very dirty - we had to wear shoes inside. The shower drain cover was also incredibly moldy. We couldn't get the wifi to work, but didn't stay long enough to bother asking staff; I'm sure they could have fixed it.

    El Sueno Le charme des lieux opère dès le premier instant, avec un personnel aux petits soins, toujours disponible et d'une gentillesse sincère. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, les soins et massages proposés sont excellents et tout cela à un rapport qualité-prix vraiment remarquable. Cerise sur le gâteau : à cinq minutes à pied de la cathédrale de Puebla, l'hôtel est idéalement situé pour explorer cette magnifique ville.

    Clean and friendly staff. Located in a very safe area within walking distance to the Zocalo and the centro.
