    Perfect stay

    Elaiza's cozy home was exactly that. We had everything we needed, access was easy. We received good, clear instructions and everything went smoothly. If we are ever back in Davao, vwe will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

    Excellent

    Aside from a very accommodating owner/manager, its cleanliness, comfort, location, safety and I specially like the small things that they provide but very important like salt, soy sauce and ground pepper in the kitchen. They even have laundry soap and fabric conditioner.

    Can’t think of anything.

    Everything is perfect

    We had a great two-week stay! When we arrived, everything we needed was already provided, including water, detergents, and other essentials, so we didn’t have to worry about buying anything. The place is also very close to SM Mall, which was a huge advantage and made everything so convenient. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this place!

    The door of the toilet is a bit small
