    Idyllic property which is currently overpriced due to its current condition.

    Excellent location which was very peaceful within easy reach of most places you would want to visit in the surrounding area. The property has just about everything you would need and is very spacious with the hot tub being a bonus.

    There are several things that need attention to make the visit perfect with attention to detail regarding the cleaning and the kitchen appliances. Welcome pack although very sparse contained several out of date items. The outside area would be beautiful if some attention was given to garden and decking maintenance.

    We will be back! Prefect quiet oasis.Felt very homely

    Squirrelled away and wedged is a seemingly private corner so we have posted a what3words picture. Access and parking was easy. Indoors a real home from home with a welcome box to get you started and everything you need. Bathroom had a great shower and a bath. Well equipped house. Central heating was cozy. (We sayed during storm Bram). Outdoors beautifully landscaped with hot tub the centre piece. Lovely site. It has a Thai restaurant and coaching pub walkable but weren’t open. (Might be seasonal). A hundred yard or so away there was an indian take away/restaurant which was convenient. BTW convenient bus stop outside. There is a village a few minutes drive. Florida keys is located pretty much equidistant to York, McArthur Glen shopping, Whitby and Scarborough. In comparison to accommodation costs in York it is very good value. We will stay again.

    Didn’t appreciate it was 35 minutes drive to York. BUT turned out in the end to be a BONUS. Not sure but noticed lodge next door had what looked like a security camera overlooking rear garden hot tub area. Didn’t bother us but be aware

    Really nice set up and would stay again.

    Nice and private location, nice gift box on arrival, everything needed for our stay.

    Slight mix up on getting keys but was quickly resolved with a phone call.
