ottima posizione
posizione strategica, c'è un parcheggio grande e un supermercato a pochi passi. il centro è molto vicino e si può andare a piedi.
non è sicuramente adatto ad una famiglia, c'è solo una finestra in salotto e la camera confina con il locale lavanderia, che è si privato, ma è adiacente con il vano scale ed è coperto da un plexiglass trasparente (soluzione per far entrare luce). il problema è che di notte, chi accede alla struttura, e accende la luce delle scale, è come se l'accendesse in camera tua...e poi si sente tutto, fortunatamente ho avuto dei buoni vicini!

Piso calidad-precio excelente, ubicación tranquila y bien equipado
Pensando que es un punto fuerte pero al final resulta que se nos convirtió en un punto en contra es la lavadora, pusimos la ropa y salió mas sucia de lo que estaba...

Super comoda per chi arriva dal porto e vicina alla fermata dei pullman (collegamenti porto del rosario). Vicina al porto (15 Min a piedi) per chi arriva da Lanzarote, come noi. Vicinissima al centro, hiper fino, spar e alle spiagge di Corralejo. Plus, per chi ha la macchina a noleggio, parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi.
