    Espace extérieur mal entretenu et espaces abandonné. .les gens réservés des transat du matin au soir en posant leur serviettes.la plage était éloigné et les rues très en pente

    Schöne Wohnung in vernachlässigter Umgebung

    Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, was fehlte (Sonnenschirm), wurde umgehend beschafft. Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar

    Die Wohnanlage wirkt recht verwaist, zum Teil vernachlässigt (Tennisplätze). Kein Supermarkt, Shop, Bäckerei o.ä. in der Nähe. Meerblick war gerade so erkennbar

    Absolutely terrible place!

    There are a few very nice restaurants on the way to and in Albufeira Old Town. Apartment was very clean and contemporary.

    Apartments are in concrete blocks on side of a very steep hill with lots of steps and very steep cobbled paths, not for anyone with mobility issues, ours was in B3 a long way from pool and beach. Mostly residential with barking dogs and felt unsafe at night. Toilet seats in both bathrooms were broken, one of the showers was broken and not working and the door to the balcony was broken and unable to lock. No safe in apartment. Pool restaurant and snack bar all closed down, pool and pool area filty from seagulls nesting on snack bar roof and not being cleaned. Grass areas also unmaintained.Qkasas the management company are no longer maintaining the pool or gardens and notice says that they are closed and prohibited for people to use. I don't think this place should be advertised.
