The room was small but comfortable, with comfortable beds. It had a fully equipped kitchenette and a clean, fully equipped bathroom. There was also a fairly large fridge with a freezer in the room. The window offered a sea view, but we had also access to a huge shared terrace. Free parking was available next to the building, and a beach umbrella was provided. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, just outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), very close to the historic city centre and the beach. There are steps leading down to the seafront near the building, so there is no need to walk through the city centre to reach the sea. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the owner provided plenty of recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. There is also a laundrette within walking distance.

Massimo was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. He provided us with all the information we needed, making everything so easy and stress-free. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and could simply enjoy our time. All of the staff members were incredibly kind, understanding and we really appreciated the flexibility with the luggage storage before checking in and after checking out. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely choose this place again on our next visit. Highly recommend!
