Sehr Schöne Wohnungen in verkehrsgünstiger Lage
Wir sind zum dritten Mal in diesen Apartments. Für uns ist es eine gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung.
Kleinigkeiten: es ist immer sehr warm in den Wohnungen, ich fände es gut, wenn die Waschmaschine ein Waschtrockner wäre… Sie könnten etwas günstigeres sein.

Great value for the money. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Vienna.
Apartment was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. Inside, it was clean and tidy. It has all the necessary amenities to accommodate our stay. The property looks well maintained, and you get the feeling that you are staying in a comfortable hotel suite. Nearby, there are plenty of food markets, and you also have access to public transport that can take you to the city center. Please note that outdoor parking during the working week is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. There is a garage in the building, which you can pay for via a special app, up to €14 per day. However, capacity is limited, and you can only reserve a space 30 minutes in advance.
The heating was a bit too strong, and since we couldn’t adjust it, we had to open the windows to make it a bit cooler. Other than that, everything was fine.
