Great family location with easy Tube access.
Location was great - right across from the Russel Square station, with two small grocery stores very close. Hosts were good but I had to ask a lot of questions, rather than being told how things worked in an email, like the internet and heating. But they responded quickly and were very nice. Kids loved the bunk room. Great family apartment with a nice eating area and kitchen.
Master bed was hard and had a stain on the sheets but decently comfy. As a foreigner, I didn't know how to use the in-floor heating or how to lock the door, but they responded promptly. One negative was the oven didn't work but they apologized.

Just Great!
Superb location near tube station. Many nice restaurants from breakfast to dinner within minutes of walking. It is worthwhile to go to Marchmont st and The Brunswick Centre. No need to go to Soho. :)
Noice from street during nights. It makes sense to take earplugs along.
