    Really nicely decorated and maintained and an ideal location for both the Marina and travel into Brighton itself. The property was clean and clearly well looked after, and very spacious and comfortable.

    The water just didn’t get hot enough despite following the directions, and picking up the key and car park key separately was a bit of a faff - however the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

    Lovely accommodation with everything we needed for our short break with friends. We did experience a problem with the hot water but once I had contacted the host he was quick to get this resolved.

    Comfy beds and great location for restaurants and a lovely walk around the marina.

    Could be amazing but some care needs to be put in.

    Excellent location

    Needs some maintenance. Very sticky kitchen worktops. Facias falling off. Toilet seat moved when sat on. No bedside table and bed very hard.
