Spacious, lovely apartment with easy access to everything. You would want to see in Rome
Beautifully decorated, spacious, relatively easy to park nearby, and super easy to get public transport into the historic center.
Lots of sketchy characters in the neighborhood. We are a family of runners, and I made everybody run together, because I was worried about my teenage daughters’ safety.

Communication with staff
The area around the apartment is dirty and full of immigrants. The doors in the apartment do not close! The air conditioner in the living room had uncleaned filters and therefore did not blow well. 1 key for four people is extremely insufficient, as is one space for one bedroom. The apartment does not have two bathrooms, but 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet! Even the cleaning brushes in the toilets are broken!
