    Dobrá poloha.

    Myslím, že je to prehnaná cena na to, v akom stave je byt. Zarazili ma vchodové dvere, ktoré sa nedali zatvorit, ale iba zamknút, aby sa neotvorili. Byt by potreboval renováciu. Na jedno prespanie stačí.

    Za danú cenu pomerne pohodvé ubytovanie pre každého, kto nehľadá luxus, ale niečo skromnejšie.

    Dobrá komunikácia, jasné inštrukcie, veľa parkovacích možností. Pohodlná posteľ, dobrá výbava. Ak hľadáš ubytovanie na 1-2 noci v tejto časti Bratislavy, tak je to fajn voľba.

    Dvere do bytu sa dajú zamknúť iba na kľúč, inak sa otvárajú. Z chodby počuť hluk od susedov. Nábytok je v zlom stave, niektoré kusy nábytku sú vyslovene rozbité a zničené. Poťah na sedačke je špinavý.
