Sticky dirty tiny flat, smell of rotting fish in fridge, money back promised but not refunded
Location is fine
My experience at this property was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about guest safety and basic standards. The access system to the building did not work, leaving me and my child unable to enter until the host intervened. The communal areas were extremely worn, a bit smelly and poorly maintained. Inside the apartment, the condition was far below what is advertised. There was a strong rotting‑fish smell coming from the fridge, which has been mentioned by several previous guests over many months. The sofa was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, the window and door handles were visibly dirty, and the dishes were chipped. Bedding was insufficient for the number of guests, and there was dust and poor cleaning throughout. The property did not offer any alternative accommodation. Instead, they proposed to clean the apartment, which was not a realistic solution given the level of hygiene and maintenance issues. This left me and my child without accommodation abroad and without the refund the owner later claimed to have sent. Only £13 was refunded, despite the situation. Multiple past reviews show the same problems over a long period, and it is concerning that these issues have not been addressed. I cannot recommend this property.

Cool modern apartment
Cool apartment - modern, with brand new furniture and appliances. Every room has its own AC. Located in a quiet residential area. There is a huge free parking lot right by the building
The kitchen only had sets of dishes for 3 people. The fridge had a very strong, unpleasant smell when we opened it. The sofa bed wasn't made properly - the sheet didn't cover the whole bed, leaving the foot part uncovered. We later found an extra set in the closet, but it was still a bit strange.

Все чудово. В апартаментах є все необхідне, чисто, зручно. Місцерозташування в спокійному районі, поруч є Lidl та DM.
