No hot water throughout our stay. Owner knew about the problem before check-in, did nothing.
There was no hot water throughout our entire stay, despite the property knowing about planned maintenance. When we needed help, replies took many hours, but when they needed something, they were very pushy—the cleaner even rang the doorbell at exactly 11:00, our checkout time. Very disappointing service.
