    A fabulous welcome to Botswana by friendly members of the family

    The team that greeted us at the airport was absolutely delightful: friendly, kind, patient, and professional. Our rooms were large, accommodating, with king-sized bed and firm mattress, shower and tub in spacious bathroom. That evening, 3 members of the team drove us to dinner nearby and joined us for a drink. They opened our eyes to the beauty of the people of Botswana. Thank you so much for making our first day in Botswana one to remember!

    Breakfast was a bit weak, (no brewed coffee, for example, only instant, and the orders were mixed up).

    Comfortable stay

    Size and comfort of the room were excellent. Staff were very hospitable and always willing to assist with any request, nothing was too much trobluble. Nice quiet neighbourhood not far from the centre.

    Lighting in the room was dull for working at night as there were a few bulbs missing. Bedding had some holes/ tears. Minor maintenance in the room would have made this a 10/10 stay.
