Great host clean place and community close to many fast food.

Great staff and neighbors. Clean with a few fast foods spots close.

Not a private hot tub and pool it’s shared with the gated community.

We enjoyed our short stay. Highly recommend this owner.

The owners communication was great. I loved the fact that we did not have to clean since we were charged a cleaning fee. Honestly we always leave places clean but just the idea of paying a cleaning fee and then being told to strip beds, put bedding and towels near washer, etc. is crazy. Why are you charged a fee if you have to do all the prep work? That was just a sweet touch for this owner.

The only thing I would suggest is letting people know it is the back of the building. Unfamiliar with the area we took a minute to realize it was in back. It wasn’t a big issue but just a mention that it would make it easier!
