  Bed bugs

  La ubicación.

  Lack of hygiene: 🪳🪳🪳bed bugs were everywhere... on pillows, sheets inside the closet, walls, etc. In short, a nightmare. Disgusting.!!🤮🤮🤮🤮 The first two days, we didn't notice anything because we arrived at the apartment exhausted, just to sleep. Everything changed when on the third day in the afternoon, I realized that there was like "a yellowish spider" on the pillow. Paying more attention, I began to see "adult insects" on the walls, in bed, in the toilet... Everywhere!!! We had to spend that night sitting in the kitchen chairs. A nightmare!! Fortunately, it was our last night. We contacted the landlord and he simply said "sorry." The next morning, before checking-out, two cleaning girls came and I showed them all the bugs. We took pictures and I recorded videos with the bugs moving everywhere. We expected a clean place, as advertised on the Booking platform, but nothing could be further from the truth. It was the worst experience we have ever had after many years as travellers. We expected a more professional response, financial compensation for the distress. I paid for something I didn't get. ESPAÑOL Falta de higiene: había chinches por todas partes... en las almohadas, ropa de cama dentro del armario, paredes, etc. En definitiva, una pesadilla. ASQUEROSO. Los dos primeros días no nos dimos cuenta de nada porque llegábamos al apartamento exhaustos, solo para dormir. Todo cambió cuando al tercer día por la tarde, me di cuenta de que había como " una arañita amarillenta" por la almohada. Al prestar más atención, empecé a ver "insectos adultos" por las paredes, en la cama, en el WC... Por todas partes!!! Tuvimos que pasar la noche sentados en las sillas de la cocina. Una pesadilla. Afortunadamente, era nuestra última noche. Nos pusimos en contacto con el casero y simplemente nos dijo "sorry". A la mañana siguiente, antes de desalojar vinieron 2 chicas de limpieza y les mostré todos los bichos.

  convenient location but not very clean .

  The only thing i like was the location. Very easy to walk around and close by to everything u need. Very convenient.

  I was disappointed as the apartment was quite dirty. So much dust around the bed u see the bed. The Ac work but somehow not very strong and the hot water takes time and last very little so it’s super hard if more ppl staying. Most of the days we had to take cold shower. The worst of all tho is there r bed bugs! i found so many bites on all over my body :( super upset about this.

  Super Lage

  Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos viel grösser als sie ist! Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und sie kamen, trotz Reklamation, sie nicht reparieren!

  Pessimo, da rimborso.

  L’unica cosa positiva era la posizione

  La struttura era sporca (cicche di sigaretta a terra, stuzzicadenti, polvere e ramoscelli di alberi), l’aria condizionata non funzionava e uno dei letti aveva le doghe rotte e la prima sera hanno dimenticato le lenzuola. Una volta contattato la struttura, il proprietario si è presentato (dopo non pochi reclami) fingendosi un tecnico e non assumendosi le sue responsabilità. Il giorno seguente è arrivato il (vero) tecnico senza avviso, e non è nemmeno riuscito a risolvere il problema. Tuttalpiù una volta comunicato che l’appartamento non era adeguatamente pulito, la signora delle pulizie si è posta in modo poco garbato, sostenendo che l’avessimo sporcato noi e anche il secondo giorno, non ha comunque provveduto a pulire poiché “c’erano le nostre cose nella stanza”.
