Esperienza terribile!
Appartamento comodo e funzionale
Purtroppo il gestore si è rivelata una persona molto scortese, fredda, inflessibile ed assetata di denaro. Siamo arrivati dopo avere fatto 5 ore di coda in autostrada stanchi morti ma sempre avvisando del ritardo ed aggiornandolo costantemente. Purtroppo nella riservazione fatta parecchi mesi prima non avevo aggiunto la bimba di 10 anni non essendo sicuro se venisse o meno. In ogni caso l'appartamento era per 3 persone lo avevo scelto apposta ed il prezzo era il medesimo per due o per tre persone con una differenza di soli 5 euro dovuti alla tassa di soggiorno aggiuntiva. Il gestore si è poi impuntato di volere ben 105.- euro in più per la povera bimba, mi sono rifiutato ed ho contattato subito booking per chiarire quale fosse il supplemento giusto. Il gestore non ha voluto aspettare la risposta di booking, non si è fatto trovare al telefono da loro e ci ha minacciato di chiamare le autorità e la polizia e ci ha intimato di andarcene. Visto che un trattamento del genere è inaccettabile e si era creato un ambiente teso abbiamo annullato il soggiorno e siamo tornati a casa. Diffidate di questo gestore, la sorpresa è dietro l'angolo, se può fregarvi in qualche modo lo farà senza scrupoli! Peccato perché l'appartamanto in se non era male.

Casa provvista di tutti i servizi, accogliente e pulita. Ottima posizione al centro di Fiesole. C'è un supermercato Coop a circa 100 metri, comodissimo ! Stefano il propietario disponibile e carinissimo!
